In this day of substantially no customer service and little concern for other people’s time I was blown away that you were NEVER late for an appointment and thus showed great respect for me and my time. This is obviously part of your professionalism and also a strong commitment to excellent service to your clients. 

I also appreciate that you were always available. It seemed that you were always suggesting new places and eager to see another place. Even after 25 places there was still no pressure to put in an offer. I knew regardless of when I called you that you would answer, no answering machines. I did have to contact you a couple of times during what I would call off hours and you were always friendly, helpful and reassuring. Due to your belief in excellent service you may actually have no off hours for your clients

I would not hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for real estate due to your professionalism, your understanding that this is a big decision, patience with all my questions and uncertainties, your knowledge of Real Estate and your excellent contract writing but mostly due to your tireless pursuit of the ‘right’ place for me on my terms.
